Finding your measurements
Neck
Measure the circle of your neck, at the larynx. Keep it loose enough to fit a finger between the tape and your neck.
Chest
Pull the tape around you, from your shoulder blades to the broadest part of your chest. Keep your elbows at your sides to measure.
Sleeve
Put your hand on your hip and measure the 90 degree angle from the middle back of your neck, down your arm, and to your wrist.
